Absolutely-Free-Money.com's Terms For Members and Advertisers

By signing up and actively using the Absolutely-Free-Money program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Absolutely-Free-Money may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.
Members may be or will be informed of changes to this policy via email/or this webpage to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Absolutely-Free-Money.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
In other words if you do not like it you are welcome to cancel your account.
Your continued participation in the Absolutely-Free-Money program following our notice, posting of a change in policy notice, or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

There are no refunds on Upgraded Memberships
Upgraded members receive referrals that are randomly placed into their accounts, as new members complete the signup process. At times this may take several weeks before this will be noticed in their accounts.

Responsibility of Members:

You Must be able to Read English and Agree to not use any type of automated clicking software
You will keep your account active by logging in at least once every 14 days for Free Members and 60 days for Upgraded Members.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must reside in one of the following countries: AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CANADA, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREAT BRITAIN, GREECE, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, SOUTH KOREA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, UNITED STATES and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.

Strictly Prohibited are: @reddiffmail.com, @indiatimes.com, @sohu.com, @hanmail.net, @163.com and/or .net, @mail.com, @atozasia.com, @Etang.com, @writeme.com or @themail.com email addresses. No Exceptions!
You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses.
Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Absolutely-Free-Money account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your Absolutely-Free-Money account and pressing the change information link.

Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Absolutely-Free-Money account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Absolutely-Free-Money be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up Absolutely-Free-Money.
You agree to receive email advertising from Absolutely-Free-Money, limited to no more than 5 - 7 per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 14 (fourteen) or more days (Free Members) or 60 (sixty) or more days (Upgraded Members) to messages from Absolutely-Free-Money your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.
In the event your email account on file is full for 14 (fourteen) consecutive days (Free Members) 60 (sixty) for Upgraded Members your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings, with (No Refunds!)
In the event that you have not clicked on a mail or paid to click in 21 (twenty-one) or more days, to messages from Absolutely-Free-Money your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Absolutely-Free-Money are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Absolutely-Free-Money.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Absolutely-Free-Money.( Meaning I Am, and You Are, and That is All. )
You may not make ANY STATEMENT, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Absolutely-Free-Money program.

Limitation of Liability:

Absolutely-Free-Money will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Absolutely-Free-Money program, even if Absolutely-Free-Money has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Absolutely-Free-Money aggregate (maximum amount) liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Please Note: We do not refund claims against Credit Card use, if you choose to pay by Credit Card the purchase is final. This is to help reduce fraudulent credit card chargebacks.
The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Bad Turning Clicks On Turning Numbers

You agree that in the event your clicks result in MORE THAN 3 Bad Turning Number Clicks within a ( 60 Day Time Span ) This includes ANY Member whether they are a Free Member or an Upgraded Member!, that you are aware of the fact your account will be placed in "Suspended Mode" until we have researched and investigated your account fully.
We realise that every now and then it's possible to accidently click the wrong turning number, but we also realise that the use of automated clicking software is on the rise, and this WILL NOT BE TOLERATED here, period.
This goes for any types of cheating methods, as believe it or not, I will discover you quickly and will terminate your account for the benefit of the members that work hard and honestly to earn in this program.

Quality Control Links and/or Banners:

Quality control links will be randomly e-mailed from time to time to deter members using automated softwares for clicking purposes, in order to achieve a quality advertising program.
A CHEAT LINK PTC BANNER is in place in the paid to click section, clicking this Banner will have your account TERMINATED, as well as ANY member found to be using automated software for the purpose of clicks.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Absolutely-Free-Money. Members may earn by referring new members to the Absolutely-Free-Money program.
Members will earn Cash and Points for the emails read, paid to click, signup and paid free offers, Points will be converted to cash from the search engines running during that month's timeframe or when those payment do arrive to us.
Members will be paid via PayPal. ( e-Gold option Terminated as of 11/19/2007 ) Other Options are being considered or placed.
Absolutely-Free-Money will pay members when they request payment and have earned $1 full Dollar in earnings. 50% must be the members own earnings.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Absolutely-Free-Money and may result in legal prosecution. Absolutely-Free-Money strictly enforces anti-spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
Absolutely-Free-Money may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups, use of automated clicking software and general ignoring the Terms herein, shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Absolutely-Free-Money will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
